Why Sleep Without a Schedule?

I have spoken to far too many parents who are afraid to rock the boat after sleep training their children – no more!  Sleep Without a Schedule was created with you in mind to empower you to do the things you have been afraid to do.

When I first started my own sleep training journey, I read all the research, scoured the mom pages, listened to Podcasts and read all the blogs. Everyone told me how to sleep train but no one focused on what to do when you couldn’t do your normal routine. When I became a sleep consultant, I didn’t want anyone else to experience the worry and fear that I had.

Let me guess: you’ve skipped events or regretted a vacation because of how it impacted sleep.

You heard your friends and/or relatives tell you that when you have a baby, sometimes things just have to change and you don’t always get to do the things you want to do. It’s just part of being a parent, right?!

WRONG! Take the vacation, celebrate the holidays, go to the amusement park, host your family for an extended stay, go to the wedding… Sure you may have to modify things a bit but it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
