  • I take information you provide about your baby’s sleep habits, your family’s preferences, and any cultural factors that need to be considered, and use my training and experience to craft a customized sleep training program that is made to fit YOUR family, not a general, carbon copy template you could find on the internet.

  • Speaking as a former exhausted mama, trust me - you’ll have questions as you get started on your sleep training journey.

    During this call we’ll go through your family’s sleep training plan to address concerns and go through any questions you may have, so you’re confident and clear as you implement the plan.

  • Even in best case scenarios, there’s always going to be a few curveballs. You’ve got your sleep training program in hand and you and your partner are confident …but that doesn’t mean the baby has gotten the memo just yet.

    That’s why I offer 21 days of voxer or text support, so you have a lifeline you can rely on as you begin sleep training. I can answer questions, calm any concerns you may have, and give insight to help you overcome sleep training challenges.
