Hi! I’m Neha, your Certified Sleep Consultant!
As a mother of two, I’ve lived through the nightmare of sleep deprivation. My medical background gave me insight into the importance of sleep, but my rich Indian culture made me feel like the two worlds were incompatible.
After careful research and a few nights of gentle sleep training, my four month old, my husband, and I were sleeping soundly through the night.
My family’s fears that I would harm my baby or erase the mother/child bond simply weren’t accurate. I learned that you can have a healthy bond and be well-rested in any culture. You just have to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else.
A happy mom and happy baby can make all the difference in the world.

Step 2 – Sleep Planning
Following our conversation, I’ll create a completely personalized sleep plan that will work for you, your home environment, and your child.

Once you start the process, I will be available to answer any questions that you may have and will re-evaluate the child’s sleep habits.
